1. Summarization
The EMM082 series High Pressure machine is that our company follows the international’s advanced technological products, The Main parts are imported from foreign countries, technical and safety performance of the equipment has reached the advanced level of the same product of the same period abroad.
The EMM082-P60-C High pressure machine has 1 POLY. barrel and 1 ISO. barrel, and two metering units drive by independence motors, through changing the metering pumps' speed to change the pumps output, can work both at open loop and close loop. This kind of machine is specially used in the cyclopentane foaming and other combustible gas for the production of polyurethane foam products

All the parts such as Shift motor、Gear metering pump、Bracket、Coupling is using to metering the components’ flowout.
2.8 Working pressure limit and control system
Both polyol and isocyanate side working pressure are allowed in a range of 6~22Mpa. Whenever the working pressure exceeds the range, the pouring operation will be stopped automatically and an alarm message of < working pressure abnormality > will be displaying on control panel at the same time.
The limit pressure of the metering pump is pre-settled as 25Mpa and with mechanical & electrical safety protection:
--- Mechanical protection: the relief valve function open whenever pressure reach 25Mpa,
--- Electrical protection: the metering unit emergency stop, audio alarm, and a message of <pump over pressure> display on panel screen.
The POLY. metering pump inlet pressure protection is pre-settled as 0.25Mpa, and the ISO. metering pump inlet pressure protection is pre-settled as 0.15Mpa. Whenever the inlet pressure lower than the preset value, the metering unit emergency stop, audio alarm, and a message of <pump pre-pressure too low> display on panel screen.
2.9 Components’ flow output control and testing units
According to the pump's output and components' mixing ratio process requirement, in pouring process separately set two components' related parameters, Components flow through adjusting the metering pump's speed to alter pump output flow, with their respective flowmeter and metering pump discharge and adjust the handwheel respectively on two components flow parameters and mixing ratio parameters for automatic detection and correction, in order to realize the automatic adjustment and component flow control.
2.10 Component filter:
Two components furnished with filter separately, and the filters’ precision is 330¦Ìm. Rotate the axle of the filter and fixed blowdown regularly.
l Out of the filter with digital pressure switch to protect the metering pump.

2.12 High pressure Mixing head 1 piece
L-shaped mixing head, produced with Korean’s DUT technical, including nozzles and sensors in it. In order to make sure the mixing purpose, the material are mixed from two different direction, built up with import parts.

l At the operate box there has: high-low pressure change switch, pouring button, 10 working position switch and scram button.

For hanging mixing head and the pouring button panel as well as the hoses and cables connection to mixing head.

2.14 High/low pressure switch-over unit
A 4V210-08 pneumatic electromagnetic valve controls 2 measurement units separately the high and low pressure circulation cut unit
2.15 Polyol Tank 1 piece

l Export the mouth and install two manual stop valves through the three direct links;
l Level meter: controlled by PLC, use Magnetic Floating Ball Liquidometer, can set the filling level and stop filling level;
l With tube type heat exchanger
l Temperature sensor: PT100
l Machine airproof beater: power 0.75KW, rotational speed 46rpm; Technological requirement that airtight enough satisfication foams;
l With heat preservation outside.
l Independent safe rooms, air circulation fan;

2.18 Electrical control system
Using LG series PLC to control the input and output, convenience to operate. The main parts are imported abroad, so to make sure the control system’s safety.

--- auto-circulation function, for long time stop of the machine while the materials still in the tank
